• Aberdeen’s ILShim Taekwon-Do Club recently hosted other ILShim members from throughout the region for a training weekend in Muswellbrook. This “camp” was intended as an intensive training course for those travelling to the National championships in Tasmania, with hopes of being considered for selection in the National team.
